life journey

friday is my favourite module but not my favourite team
COMPROMISE is the only word i will use on friday
seriously speaking, friDay group is the group which i dont like .
Although we have a good team but just one and only one one person can spoilt the fun OF friday :(
* one insist doing his own style/way without we agreeing to it,or in fact when we dont agree to it, he will explain it in a way which no one would ever understand,and we have no choice but have to compromise * , the rest just have to follow?
ANd why ? aint this VERY unfair to us?
I guess this will just affect the team spirit/team work/harmony...
In fact a conflict just brought out with us today.
With HIM, complaining all the way....
as if he had done all the justice
all the rights
without thinking of himself,
putting him into other's people shoes?

Are teenagers nowaday like this?
saying things without considerations?

* I always tell my group members what they should do but they dont seem like knowing what to do /or in fact they just say dont know /cannot find* said by complainer.
after hearing this sentence from his mouth, we were angry..
but i am sure everyone just want to prevent further conflict
so we all have to smile to laugh the matter off :S

viewers think that its not what we dont want to do , we just think that the point you are trying to convey is irrelevant and in fact not logical/ out of point sometime.

* why ezzit always have to be my team first ? why do i always have to present first, whoever in my team always say they need to leave first so we have to present first " * Aint this phrase seem childish?
I guess this is just a coincidence
not a MUST/ or whoever did it purposely.
Just that you always come at the wrong time.
OR in fact when you miss the lesson, memebers in your team did present 2th, 3rd and not what you say as ALWAYS FIRST TEAM TO PRESENT...

think of yourself before saying others is the right to respect each and everyone including you !

Listen to people opinions can sometime be good, dont always think it as a negative ways.
Stop scolding all the bad words.
Stop all the nonsense
STOP all the conflicts
STOp all the nasty comments
STop all the negative thoughts
Stop being yourself
Stop doing things in your way

Sharing views and thoughts with team members,
Listening to people's suggestions
voicing out disagreements or agreements
Making points relevant
Collaborate with everyone
before everyone can respect you
support you
and most importantly
BE YOUR FRIEND :)

OK back to training....
today i did not go for track and field training
because there wasnt any sprinters girls going
although i know running is not all about accompany
but i know running is both tough and enjoyment
I dont want to be torture training alone /or even with all the sprinter guys
not that i dont like them
just that i feel pressurized.
Running is all about own target and what i want to achieve
i knew skipping training is a bad examples of passion in running
but i just dont like to be running alone ( i mean solo girl )

so i did have my own training when i reached home.
I set off running in the route that i had planned.
I run from my house all the way to marsiling NTUC and to fuchun CC then to fuchun secondary and fuchun primary school and then to woodgrove then to siling primary school then u-turn
and start running back to my house.
The journey was fresh , i manage to feel alive after running, i am more AWAKE now , yeh :)
