EARLY in the morning... went market with my MAMA...YEAH ! 10pm travelled to grandmother's hse by papa's car... Sit down , eat ,drink ,rest till 5pm Happily wanted to go to BUKIT GOMBAK stadium for a run bUT to our bad NEWS The stadium was closed for british team training.... it will only be opened at 7pm WHICH IS SO LATE !!!!!!!!!!! SO no choice but had to travelled back home .....

* i did not manage to train my MIN. 30mins run today , URGH, haix... *
