This few days have been eating chipster...

went for 40 mins run ytd after eating and after coming back from work ....
today eat abit again !!! FINISHED ...LOL
after that go training ....
6km run !!!! UP SLOPE on grasses....
so tired la !!!

LOL!!!

CHIPSTER ADDICT.... i finished the whole big packet of 180g in 2 days !!!! HAHAHA! both for lunch!!!
