today is the start of IVP Track &Field Championship 2007.
It was a tredious competition...
just by standing and helping out ,
i could feel the excitement of the races.
Competitors were seem nervous...

AFter watching today races.
All i can say is....
IF i cant run next year, i wouldnt want to join any race.
IF i am not prepare...I wouldnt want to run.
If i am not feeling well, i rather be disqualified than risking my life.

Today i saw so many people injuring themselves.
One girl fainted after running and was being admitted to hospital.
Many girls lay at the finishing line - cant move.
Some crying for help due to lactic acids on the leg....
some complaining butt super pain....
SOme Breathing for breathe....Like having heart attack...
SOme looked as if they are going to faint in a sec....
LIP pale...
face pale...
perspirating like mad

I AM SO FREAKING AFRAID....
I dont wan to join any competitive races....
SIghs...

probably next year will be my turn.............


ANd lastly, lets congratulate to our 800m winner...NIKI...
she came in 3rd with a closed distance to HUIQIN....
