Determine Our GoalsY

Ytd spent the whole evening travelling to CCAB
then it rain...
in the end, we only manage to do easy run for 15mins.
Waste my bus fare travelling back home...
in the end, have to spend another day training...
its either wed or thurs.
i promised myself to wake up at 6am on wed to train but in the end i slept till 8am
HAHA...
evening working..so cant manage to train/?
MAybe tmr?
